On March 15, the Center for Information Technology - Cipher, Central Party Office led by Mr. Dinh Quang Huy, Director of the Center, and Mr. Vu Dang Dinh, Secretary of Hoan Kiem District Party Committee, Hanoi visited VBA and ABAII office, discussed opportunities for cooperation and promotion of AI applications. 

Center for Information Technology - Cipher, Office of the Party Central Committee is a unit that plays an advisory role, helping leaders of the Party Central Office to organize, manage, exploit and protect the Party's wide-area information network. 

This is also the agency responsible for researching and proposing application problems, coordinating with partners to develop system integration solutions, application software, acceptance and use, ensuring management technical and operating invested IT systems, training for officials and experts in the agency to constantly improve skills in using and exploiting computers networks, improving the quality of work. 

Mr. Dinh Quang Huy, Director of the Center, said he is very interested in new technologies, especially AI to promote work efficiency and quality of officials and civil servants working at this unit. However, due to the rapid development of AI, as well as the lack of official information sources, there are barriers in accessing new technology. Therefore, the Center hopes to have direct support in research, application, and personnel training from the Vietnam Blockchain Association (VBA) and the ABAII Academy of Blockchain Technology and AI Innovation. 

Mr. Vu Dang Dinh, Secretary of Hoan Kiem District Party Committee, Hanoi, said that he and Hoan Kiem district leaders are also very interested in applying technology to promote the quality of work of agencies and the lives of people in the area. However, along with the development and positive effects, issues arise that need serious attention and management, such as the situation of taking advantage of technology to commit online fraud, which is increasingly sophisticated, targeting victims. People who are less knowledgeable about technology such as the elderly, etc. 

Therefore, along with promoting the application of new technologies, raising people's awareness and applying ethical codes for developers are also issues that need to be addressed by state agencies. or interested social and professional organizations such as VBA and ABAII. 

Mr. Dinh also expressed strong support for ABAII in particular and VBA in general, especially the Academy's strategy of training and popularizing blockchain and AI. 

Representative of the Vietnam Blockchain Association (VBA), Mr. Hoang Van Huay, Chairman of the Association, Former Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, said that VBA is very ready to accompany and support state agencies such as the Center of Information Technology - Cipher, Central Party Office and Hoan Kiem District Party Committee in promoting the application of blockchain and AI in real work. 

Mr. Nguyen Doan Hung, Director of the ABAII Academy of Blockchain Technology and AI Innovation, said that in the short term, the ABAII Institute will train about 100,000 people to apply AI technology, while raising general awareness of the technologies. By the end of 2025, it is expected that the number of people trained by the ABAII, raising awareness and popularizing AI is 1 million Vietnamese people.
