Viện Công nghệ Blockchain và Trí tuệ nhân tạo ABAII (viết tắt ABAII) được chính thức thành lập ngày 10/1/2024 theo Giấy chứng nhận Đăng ký hoạt động Khoa học Công nghệ số A-2657 của Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ. Viện ABAII là đơn vị trực thuộc Hiệp hội Blockchain và Tài sản số Việt Nam theo quyết định số 05-2023/NQ-BLCVN ngày 20/12/2023.
